Job Description

We are a dynamic gaming company dedicated to creating engaging experiences for game enthusiasts. Our games bring together vibrant communities of players who share a passion for card games, board games & strategy games. We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Community & Customer Service Executive to join our team and help us enhance our online presence and community engagement.

  • ● Working hour: 8 hours per day
  • ● Able to commit minimum 6 months

Job Description

  • Handle users' feedback, generate insightful reports and collaborate with product teams to improve our games.
  • Conduct research and surveys about Thailand card games and other games by request.
  • Host livestreams and create compelling content that engages users, encourages participation, and fosters a growing game community.
  • Create social media content (Facebook, TikTok) as requested.
  • Provide support tasks during game operations.

Requirements

You will connect with local users for popular Thailand games, what are the requirements?

  • Familiar with a variety of Thailand card games (Dummy, Sam Khong, Pokdeng, Mixed10, Slave…) and board games (Monopoly, Uno, Splendor...)
  • ● Living in Bangkok, Thailand
  • ● Good command of English communication skill
  • ● Have passion and understanding of card & board games, including game rules and player insight
  • ● Communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in content creation, livestreaming, and managing online communities.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges,
