About Product Marketing Intern Position

The Product Marketing Intern will support the Product Marketing team in strengthening product understanding, product launching, translating customer insights into actionable marketing ideas, and assisting in the planning and execution of marketing activities. This role is designed for final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in product-driven marketing within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Study

- Learn product features, benefits, technologies, and usage
- Support preparing product summaries and key selling points
- Support competitor comparison materials
- Assist internal training and knowledge sharing

2. Customer Insight

- Support collecting data from research, feedback, reviews, and sales
- Identify customer needs, pain points, and behaviors
- Translate insights into positioning and communication direction

3. Marketing Planning & Execution

- Support product launches, promotions, and retail activities
- Support preparing briefs and presentations for teams and partners
- Coordinate with Sales, Marcom, and Trade Marketing to execute marketing plan.
- Support monitoring performance and post-campaign reporting.

Requirements

- Final-year students or recent graduates (<1 year of experience)
- Majoring in: Digital commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields
- GPA of 6.5/10 or higher
- Ready to participate in the program full-time from June 2026 to September 2026
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both in Vietnamese and English)
