Job Description

We are currently hiring an IT Development Manager / Technical Lead to lead the Taiwan development team and collaborate on cross-regional IT projects. This role will be responsible for the development and optimization of a B2B2C e-commerce platform and internal enterprise systems across the group.

Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

• Lead a development team of 3–6 members (backend, frontend, QA).

• Collaborate closely with cross-regional IT teams to align on requirements and project timelines.

• Participate in project planning, scheduling, system rollout, and operational decision-making.

• Foster team collaboration and continuously improve development efficiency.

2. Technical Leadership & Architecture Oversight

• Provide guidance to resolve technical challenges and bottlenecks.

• Evaluate existing system architectures and propose optimization and improvement strategies.

3. System Development & Documentation

• Perform system analysis, technical design, and documentation based on business requirements.

• Participate in backend development using Java / Spring Boot, NodeJS and Python.

• Maintain and optimize systems used across multiple regions to enhance performance and stability.

• Take on hands-on development tasks as needed (approximately 20–30% coding).

Requirements

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field.

• 8+ years of experience in web application development with a strong focus on Java and Node.js technologies.

• At least 2–3 years of experience leading a development team (formal or informal leadership).

• Solid understanding of system analysis, architecture design, and the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum).

• Strong cross-functional communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

Preferred

Backend Technologies

• Expertise in Java and the Spring Boot ecosystem.

• Proficient in Node.js development.

• Experience with RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Alibaba Cloud, GCP).

• Experience with Python development.

Frontend Technologies

• Familiar with JavaScript, HTML, CSS

• Experience with at least one frontend framework such as Vue.js ,React or Angular
