Job Description

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering/Informatics Engineering
- Minimum GPA: 3.00
- At least 1 year of experience as Technical Support
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware and software
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux Operating Systems
- Proficient in LAN/WAN networking techniques
