Requirements
【工作內容】
- 規劃產品發展方向與 Roadmap，對成長與商業成果負責
- 用數據（用戶行為、轉換、實驗）去驗證產品決策，而不是靠直覺
- 和工程、設計、數據團隊密切合作，推進產品迭代
- 從投資人的角度思考產品，設計真正「有幫助」的功能，而不是表面資訊工具
- 帶 1–2 位 PM，一起把產品品質與節奏往上
【需求條件】
- 有 5 年以上產品經驗，做過完整產品 lifecycle（不是只負責單一功能）
- 平常就有在投資（股票 / ETF / 衍生商品等），不是純理論派
- 帶過 Scrum Team，知道怎麼讓跨部門有效運作
- 對數據敏感，習慣用指標來看問題與驗證成果
- 不排斥碰一點技術（例如快速驗證想法、理解工程語言）
- 加分條件：曾參與金融科技或投資相關產品開發經驗
