Job Description

This role will be the storyteller of our product. Your mission is to bridge the gap between technical features and users’ needs and wants. Operating with high autonomy, you will tell compelling narratives to drive conversations and actual adoption.

  • Ensure users understand and agree with the value proposition of our product via communication activities.

  • Conduct research (surveys, direct interviews, and social listening) to decode user personas and pain points, translating product functionality into clear, resonant user benefits.

  • Partner with our Growth Lead to design and execute Go-To-Market strategies. You will drive user acquisition through both organic (social virality, word-of-mouth) and paid channels, overseeing messaging, creative development, and media planning.

  • Measure campaign success using both soft metrics (Awareness, Perceived Value, SOV) and hard metrics (MAU, Adoption).

  • Constantly monitor market and social trends to deliver effective marketing work and propose agile pivots to the product or GTM strategy when necessary.

  • Collaborate well with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Creative, Brand, Media, and agencies) with minimal supervision.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, social listening, insight synthesis, campaign execution.

Basic requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Communication, such as Advertising, Social, Brand Marketing, Product Marketing

  • Proven ability to build and execute marketing plans, especially high-engagement social campaigns.

  • Result driven, hands-on and detail oriented, with the agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to work both independently while still collaborating well with others.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience growing your own social media channels is a plus.

  • Experience developing value propositions and strategic planning for digital products.
