Social Media Specialist

What you'll do :

• Develop social media strategy for brand official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Responsible for creating & continuously improving high-engagement social media content which will reflect brand profile.
• Find new and exciting ways to engage with followers and relevant accounts to drive awareness, conversation, and engagement.
• Actively manage social media comments and messages in order to increase Engagement Rate and Followers' growth
• Track, analyzed, and report various social media insights also compare them with competitors' strategies.

Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree in Communications/Art/Graphic Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in the same field (content creator and copywriter) is a plus.
• Have an interest in fashion and beauty trends
• Skill in using photo/video editing tools/applications is a must.
• Able to do end-to-end Social Media Management (Content Planning, Ideation, Copywriting, Execution, until Reporting).
• Strong familiarity with Social Media Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Always keep up with trends & issues on Social Media.
• Mastering Photography Techniques is a plus.
• Creative, and innovative
• Good writing and editing in Bahasa and English
• Willing to work in Surabaya
