Infrastructure Project Assistant with workable Chinese proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

1.Project Cost & Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of historical project data, examining key metrics such as construction cost composition and fluctuations in material unit prices.
• Produce detailed cost analysis reports to provide accurate budgeting and data-driven decision support for future projects.

2.Project Planning & Execution:

• Actively participate in the planning and execution of new projects in the Indonesia region, ensuring they progress efficiently according to plan.
• Be responsible for conducting regular quality reviews of delivered facilities, collecting and analyzing operational quality data.
• Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair plans to ensure the long-term, stable operation of site assets.

1.项目成本与造价分析：

• 负责对历史项目数据进行深度分析，剖析建筑成本构成、材料单价波动等关键指标。
• 完成详尽的造价分析报告，为未来项目提供精准的成本预估与决策依据。

2.项目规划与落地执行：

• 深度参与印尼地区新项目的规划与落地执行过程，确保项目按计划高效推进。
• 负责已交付厂区的定期质量回访工作，收集并分析运营阶段的质量数据。
• 制定并跟踪执行有效的维修与维护计划，确保厂区资产的长期稳定运行。

Requirements:

1.Professional Knowledge & Skills:

• Solid professional knowledge in construction cost management, quantity surveying, or project management.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools to identify issues, pinpoint root causes, and propose effective solutions from complex information.
• Native proficiency in Indonesian, HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
