Production Trainee - Indonesia with workable Chinese proficiency

Key Responsibilities:

• Familiarize yourself with all production processes and improve the factory’s relevant production and process flows.
• Supervise teams to complete daily 5S work effectively.
• Update the TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity board monthly; implement equipment autonomous maintenance and planned maintenance.
• Lead the promotion of Excellent Performance Management work in the factory.
• Develop strategic and operational plans, formulate quarterly strategies, and complete the monthly operational progress report.
• Conduct production management, track the workshop production progress, and record work hours/complete production reporting via the SAP system.

岗位职责：

• 熟悉生产的各道工序，完善本厂相关生产及工艺流程。
• 督促班组做好日常5S工作。
• 每月更新TPM活动看板；做好设备自主保全、计划保全。
• 负责本厂卓越绩效工作推进。
• 制作战略及经营计划，制作季度战略，完成月度经营情况进展表。
• 开展生产管理，跟进车间生产进度，使用SAP报工。

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above, major not limited. Proficiency in Chinese.
• Willing to accept one-year on-site production grassroots training; hardworking and able to endure hardships.
• Excellent communication skills and strong ability to work under pressure.
• Native proficiency in Indonesian, HSK Level 4 or above in Chinese.
