 Finance

• To support invoice processing on a daily basis and other operational activities related to Accounts Payable (AP)/Accounts Receivable (AR).
• To support Payment/Receivable team on preparation of cheques bank-in and clearing of bank general ledger including bank journal posting if any.
• To assist in monthly bank reconciliation and vendor reconciliation.
• To assist on the finance operation and the accuracy of the finance data.
• To assist on monthly balance sheet reconciliation for AR and AP.
• To assist the team on audit queries.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, any other similar qualification.

Management Accounting

• Assist in compilation & review work on CFFR (Control Framework for Financial Reporting)
• Involve in month end closing & reporting : i) month end closing reporting; ii) quarterly reporting (Bursa)
• Perform monthly accounting reconciliation
• Perform reconciliation on accounting/SAP record vs physical count/feedback from stakeholders/other systems
• Involve in other adhoc projects as assigned
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or any other similar qualification.

Carlsberg Excellence

• Assist in performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of 5S & VISUAL BREWERY
• Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for 3 packaging lines
• GEMBA KAIZEN & PMS criteria requirement audit conducted throughout the Brewery
• Data Analysis (in Graphs, Charts and Tables format) for Root Cause Analysis exercises
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical/Mechatronic Engineering or any other similar qualification

Quality Assurance

• Exposure to the end-to-end Quality Assurance process and SOP for manufacturing industry 
• To assist in complaint management, hygiene management, audit compliance, ISO documentation and process quality analysis / monitoring.
• Support in quality related operations, data collection and reporting.
• Bachelor Degree in Food Technology/Food Science any other similar qualification

Utilities

• Understand Utility plant operation (Standard Operating Procedures) and maintenance (Standard Maintenance Procedures).
• Involved in energy optimization projects such as natural gas & biogas usage optimization, electricity consumption optimization and water losses optimization in water treatment plant.
• Involvement in Utilities plant upgrading projects.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or any other similar qualification

Brewing and Processing

• Understand brewing & processing basic operation/ function
• Involved in implementation of New Product Development, improvement projects
• To assist in excellence culture implementation
• Hands on job is expected
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering

Packaging Operation 

• Manage performance measurement & actionable system to determine the level of achievement before, during & after the implementation of projects
• Improve packaging efficiency through ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS for mechanical failure as they occur for all 3 packaging lines
• Design and Generate Standard Operating Procedure for specific machines to enhance the maintenance of the machines to introduce good manufacturing practice
• Data analysis
• Degree in Chemical Engineering or any other similar qualification.

Procurement

• Have the opportunity to expose in business operations especially in overall procurement process
• Assist in documents administration, contract management and SAP system management
• Assists in issuing Purchasing Order, Vendor creation, etc documents
• Involve, prepare and follow-up on sourcing, buying, purchasing, tendering, bidding activities and projects
• Actively engage with external (vendors, agency, consultant, etc) and internal stakeholders
• Assists in filling and day-to-day procurements activities
• Degree in Business Management, Economic, Logistics, Supply Chain or any other similar qualification

Maintenance

• Understand packaging basic operation/ function.
• Involved in implementation of canning line projects.
• To assist in reducing breakdown and major operational stops.
• Collecting data on beer losses at Kegging Plant.
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, any other similar qualification.

Health, Safety, Security & Environment  

• Expose to manufacturing HSSE. 
• Support in HSSE SOP implementation and daily reporting operations. 
• To support in conducting Safety Improvement Programs, projects and safety activities.
• Involved in audits reports.
• Degree/Diploma Safety & Health, OSHA or any other similar qualification.
