Job Description

You will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting related reports and office general affairs.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding invoicing and payments and assist clients with any questions or concerns related to their invoices.
  • Follow up with clients via email or phone regarding overdue payments and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and communications with clients.
  • Record all financial transactions into the general ledger, ensuring they are categorized properly (e.g., revenue, expenses, assets). Ensure that the ledger is accurate and up-to-date for periodic reporting.
  • Prepares monthly Financial Statement report, Account Receivable report, and Invoicing on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (e.g., balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement). Manage and oversee month-end financial closing activities, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Prepare Cash Flow & Petty Cash reconciliation
  • Identify opportunities to improve accounting systems, workflows, and controls.
  • Prepare required documentation for internal and external audits if necessary and support auditors during their review.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Statements of Account (SOA) issuance
  • Monitor, track, and report Accounts Receivable (AR) and Unbilled Revenue, ensuring financial clarity and actionable insights.
  • Control and manage office procedures and operations related to GA
  • Handle for recording of all office assets, and office monthly fees settlement (Telephone, Rental, office equipment)

Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Prior internship or work experience in accounting & finance role is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent on accounting knowledge, analytical thinking and administrative skill.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Language:

  • Proficiency in English and Taiwanese Mandarin.
