We are seeking a sales project assistant to join our Device Business Team. Your primary role will be to provide support and assistance for sales and marketing activities to help the team achieve its objectives.
【Responsibilities】
• Assist in updating reports and organizing sales data, and collecting market-related information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create campaign banners and other marketing materials.
• Support channel sales and marketing activities, including campaign setup, material distribution, and coordination with distributors and retailers.
• Assist with payment processing tasks.
• Manage product samples and provide support for marketing events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 協助更新報表及整理銷售數據,蒐集市場相關資訊
• 與跨部門團隊合作,製作活動及行銷素材
• 支援銷售活動,包括活動規劃、輔銷品製作與相關關係人協調
• 協助處理付款相關事務
• 管理樣機並協助相關行銷活動
• 執行主管交辦之其他事項
*每週配合至少四天,每週三需進辦公室,其餘工作日可彈性遠距上班。
【基本職能】
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork
• 熟練使用 Microsoft Office 工具(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)。
• 注重細節、積極並樂於學習。
• 優秀溝通技巧和團隊合作精神。
