Job Description
【Role Overview】 我們正在尋找一位具備研究思維的設計師。你需要透過質性與量化研究來定義產品方向，並親手打造符合使用者中心 (UCD) 的互動架構。
【Key Responsibilities】
- Discovery & Validation: 規劃並執行使用者研究計畫，驗證設計假設，確保產品方向符合用戶需求。
- Information Architecture: 優化產品的資訊結構與導航邏輯，打造無縫的使用者體驗 (Seamless User Journey)。
- Interaction Design: 負責從流程圖 (User Flows) 到互動原型 (Prototypes) 的製作，與 UI 設計師合作確保視覺呈現與互動邏輯的一致性。
- Data-Driven: 善用數據分析工具來評估設計改動的影響力，並依據成效指標進行優化。
- Documentation: 撰寫詳盡的設計規格書與 Personas，確保跨部門 (Business/Dev) 對目標用戶有共同認知。
Requirements
【Requirements】
- Experience: 2 年以上 UX 設計或研究經驗，作品集需包含完整的研究分析與設計產出。
- Skills: 精通設計工具 (Figma 等)，並具備紮實的視覺與互動設計觀念 (Visual & Interaction Design)。
- Mindset: 熟悉敏捷開發 (Agile) 流程與系統性設計思考 (Systemic Design Thinking)。
- Certification: 具備 HCI 或 UCD 相關認證者尤佳。
- Innovation: 能提出具建設性的創新提案，不被既有框架限制，並具備良好的溝通說服力。
