At Glober AI, we put our customers first. As global content becomes more multilingual and culturally nuanced, we’re looking for Product Managers who are excited to build products that help companies communicate authentically across borders at scale.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch, connecting the technical and business worlds. You’ll break down complex problems in localization, AI, and global workflows into clear, actionable steps that drive product development.

Product Management at Glober AI is highly collaborative. You’ll work closely with engineers, ML researchers, designers, and go-to-market teams to define strategy, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll own products end-to-end—from requirements and execution to launch and iteration.

The Product team builds Glober AI’s core platform, including APIs, plugins, and AI-driven systems for multilingual text, image, and video localization. Whether enabling brands to launch in new markets or powering continuous quality improvement through translation memory and validation pipelines, our focus is on making global expansion faster, smarter, and more human.

Responsibilities

  • Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
  • Launch new products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, legal, UX, and other teams on cutting edge technologies.
  • Develop solutions to problems by collaborating as needed across regions, product areas, and functions.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
  • 3 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 2 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales, finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Nice to have: experience in the localization industry.
