【About the Role】
We are looking for a high-potential new graduate to join our business team as a Management Associate.
This is a fast-learning, high-impact role where you will work on real projects, apply AI tools, and support business development (BD) initiatives.
You will gain hands-on experience in market analysis, customer operations, business strategy, and international expansion, while learning how a fast-growing AI company operates.

• Support business development (BD) initiatives, including partner outreach, market expansion, and client engagement
• Apply AI tools / agents to optimize workflows, analyze data, and generate market insights
• Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making
• Collaborate with sales, product, and partnership teams to execute high-impact projects
• Learn to identify problems and drive solutions independently

【Who We’re Looking For】
• Recent graduate (0–2 years) from any discipline
• Hands-on experience with AI tools / agents (internship, school project, hackathon)
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing environments
• Self-driven, ownership mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Bonus: Third language proficiency (Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, or others)
