Job Description
1. 與研發團隊合作，發掘具專利申請潛力之技術。
2. 處理專利提案及各國專利申請案。
3. 進行專利檢索、侵權風險分析，提出迴避設計建議。
4. 協助訴訟或無效案件之資料蒐集、技術比對與文件整理。
5. 支援公司專利相關活動。
6. 完成主管交辦之專利相關工作。
Requirements
1. 具三年以上事務所或in house專利工程師經驗
2. 良好的邏輯思維能力及溝通交流能力
3. 具閱讀英文專利文獻資料能力
4. 熟悉電腦周邊產品
