After successful market entries in Thailand and Singapore, we are expanding into Japan in 2025. The Japan office operates with a startup mindset within a multinational structure—fast learning loops, broad accountability, and true ownership. Work Location: 東京都港区浜松町2-1-17 松永ビル 9樓 (TBC)
Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00 (Hybrid Working Model)

This role goes beyond traditional sales.
As a Service Consultant, you act as a trusted advisor—identifying client challenges, shaping IT and security solutions, and turning complexity into business value.
You will be part of Freedom Systems Japan at an early growth stage, working in a startup-scale organization with regional backing, where performance, ownership, and learning velocity matter more than titles or tenure.
This position is ideal for candidates with a challenger mindset, who are motivated by impact, growth, and long-term career acceleration in the IT services industry.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Business Development & Client Engagement
- Identify, develop, and qualify new B2B business opportunities in Japan.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery.
- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs, pain points, and decision criteria.
2. Solution Design & Sales Execution
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored IT / cybersecurity solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and negotiations with clients.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure.
3. Internal & External Collaboration
- Leverage internal resources and regional expertise to deliver optimal client outcomes.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction post-sale.

【Requirements】
Language Skills
- Japanese: Native or fluent level
- Non-Japanese candidates must hold JLPT N1
- English or Mandarin Chinese:
English: Fluent proficiency (TOEIC 750+ as reference; certification required)
Mandarin: Preferred, especially for supporting Taiwanese / Chinese clients in Japan
Background & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT, technology, or consulting.
- Candidates with experience in technical recruitment / headhunting are welcome.
- Existing industry network or strong client relationships are a strong advantage.
