社群媒體經營 Social Media Marketing Intern（實習 / 兼職）

Enjoy TV 於八年前取得通訊多媒體 - MCMC頒發的電視特許經營執照，儘管疫情三年加劇了艱難，但我們始終秉持信念、堅定不懈，致力於打造一個擁有多元視角、三語字幕，適合各族群觀賞的影視娛樂頻道 - TV5。

TV5 不僅是 Free to Air 電視平台上的頻道，更是馬來西亞唯一華人經營、融合多元影視文化的交流平台。這份心血夢想即將在 2025年3月1日，國有無線電視 Channel105 啟播（緊接在TV3之後）。加入 Enjoy TV，成為我們節目部的實習助理，協助我們在多媒體領域發揮創意！

實習工作內容：

• 協助管理 3 - 5 個社群媒體帳號，包括 Facebook, Instagram, TikTok / 小紅書等平台
• 確保所有社群內容即時更新，包括但不限於：新聞、電影預告、節目介紹、活動宣傳...等
• 負責圖卡製作、文案撰寫等，觀察社群用戶的需求和建立互動
• 參與行銷活動策劃，收集貼文表現、社群用戶的回饋進行彙整，提供管理團隊相關分析
• 熱衷於廣播媒體，並具備相關的學習或實習經驗
• 歡迎大學生申請，尤其是媒體、通信、廣播或相關專業的學生
• 實習及試用期總長度：至少 3 個月

TV5 is not only a Free-to-Air channel but also the only Chinese-managed platform in Malaysia that integrates multicultural media content. Our long-standing dream is finally coming true with the official launch of TV5 on Channel 105 (right after TV3) on March 1, 2025.

Join Enjoy TV as a Program Department Intern and be part of a creative team in the multimedia industry!

Internship Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain 3–5 social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).

• Ensure timely updates of social media content, including but not limited to news, movie trailers, program teasers, and promotional activities.

• Create graphics and write captions/copy; monitor audience needs and foster engagement through interactive content.

• Assist in marketing campaign planning and collect data on post performance and audience feedback; compile insights and reports for the management team.

• Show enthusiasm for broadcasting media and possess relevant academic background or internship experience.

• Open to university students, especially those majoring in media, communications, broadcasting, or related fields.

• Internship/trial period: Minimum commitment of 3 months.

2) 熟練使用軟件應用程序，包括 Google Sheets, Google Doc, Microsoft Office

3) 會使用平面設計軟件 Canva, Photoshop 或任何影片剪輯技能 (加分)

4) 優秀的組織能力和關注細節

5) 能夠在遠距離工作下，保持高效率和積極參與運作和匯報工作

6) 中文聽說讀寫是必須的，英語或馬來語 (加分)

7) 學生需自備交通（會提供交通補貼）

1. Priority given to candidates majoring in Mass Communication or Creative Design.

2. Proficient in software applications, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Office.

3. Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop or any video editing skills is a plus.

4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Able to maintain high productivity and actively participate in tasks and reporting while working remotely.

6. Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is required; English or Malay is a plus.

7. Students must have their own transportation (travel allowance will be provided).
