Job Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

* Manage a portfolio of commodities and services, developing and executing a procurement strategy that includes supplier analysis, selection, and pricing.
* Lead or support major corporate negotiations and contribute to the materials commitment process by analyzing pricing and BOMs.
* Act as the primary contact for internal site and customer support, and handle all quoting and negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, including performance reviews and business development initiatives. You'll also interact directly with senior executives from multinational companies.
* Provide essential product cost support and resolve quality and performance issues for internal customers.
* Identify and communicate supply vs. demand for allocated products, escalating and resolving any critical shortages.
* Prepare bids, manage cost analysis, and present them to management.
* Maintain the material prices database, analyze BOM competitiveness, and ensure compliance.
* Guide and support junior team members and colleagues at other sites.

Requirements

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
* 10+ years of industrial engineering experience in a semiconductor capital equipment or high-tech manufacturing environment.
* Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies (certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are a plus).
* Experience with factory layout design, process simulation, and capacity planning.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Python, SQL, Power BI) and industrial engineering software.
* Familiarity with automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies in manufacturing.
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom environments is a plus.

Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in semiconductor capital equipment companies are advantage
* Hands-on experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.
