Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own and be accountable for end-to-end supply chain operations, including strategic sourcing, supplier management, tooling execution, and cost optimization. This role serves as the single point of ownership for supply continuity, cost control, and on-time support for NPI and mass production in a global manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on supply chain leader with strong commercial, cross-functional, and risk management capabilities, able to operate independently in fast-paced environments and scale supply chain operations as the business grows.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and lead end-to-end supply chain activities, covering strategic sourcing, supplier selection, commercial negotiation, tooling management, purchase execution, and long-term supplier relationship management.
  • Own supply chain risk identification and mitigation, including supplier capacity constraints, long lead-time components, and single-source dependencies.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for components and assemblies, balancing cost, quality, capacity, lead time, and supply chain risk management across global suppliers.
  • Act as the primary supply chain owner for product BOMs, with ownership of sourcing decisions and accountability for material availability to support NPI, production ramp, and ongoing operations.
  • Ability to quickly break down and analyze cost structures across BOM, manufacturing, tooling, and logistics.
  • Drive cost optimization initiatives through should-cost analysis, BOM reviews, VA/VE, and continuous improvement with suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory health, forecast alignment, and material exposure, addressing shortages, excess, and obsolescence risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics, and finance teams to support product development, cost-down programs, and operational scaling.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to supply chain team members, ensuring execution discipline and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum 6 years of experience in mechanical procurement or supply chain management within a manufacturing, OEM, or ODM environment.
    • Strong English communication skills, capable of independently leading discussions, negotiations, and issue resolution with global stakeholders.
    • Strong experience managing product BOMs, mechanical and electrical components, and contract manufacturers.
    • Proven hands-on experience with tooling cost negotiation, tooling timeline management, and NPI-related tooling execution.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage supply chain risks and operate effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams.
    • Highly independent, ownership-driven, and capable of covering senior-level procurement responsibilities.

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Proven experience in procurement for commercial equipment or industrial hardware, with exposure to complex assemblies and long product lifecycles.
    • Experience in establishing, optimizing, and scaling procurement and supply chain processes to support business growth.
