C++ Software Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities
* Write code and tests, build prototypes, resolve issues, and profile and analyze bottlenecks
* Design robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients
* Manage and optimize scalable distributed systems in the cloud
* Optimize web applications for performance and scalability
* Develop automated tests to ensure business needs are met, and allow for regression testing
Requirements
Skills And Qualifications:
* Fluent in C++ 17.
* Experience working in a distributed, remote team environment.
* Working experience with Docker.
* Experience in concurrency and lockfree programming.
* Experience in unit/integration testing, familiar with test frameworks.
* Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
* Experience with Git.
* Experience with managed SCM like GitHub, BitBucket or GitLab.
* Experience with CI/CD processes.
* Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms, and system design.
* Experience in writing highly secure web applications.
* Growth mindset that challenges the status quo and focuses on outside-the-box ideas and solutions.
Bonus:
* Startup experience.
* Experience working with fintech, DLT and/or other legacy financial systems.
