Job Description

• Melakukan penerimaan unit servis

• Menjelaskan secara detail kepada customer biaya servis yang harus dibayar.

• Memastikan updating data pada Sistem Perdagangan unit servis

• Melakukan konfirmasi ke customer max 3 x 24 jam

• Membuat laporan harian terkait masalah servisan kepada manager divisi (complaint)

• Bertanggung jawab mengenai pemisahan uang servis

• Melakukan serah terima barang servisan yang sudah selesai dikerjakan kepada customer.

• Bertanggung jawab terhadap transaksi keuangan dan pelaporan harian
