Job Description

Aimazing is looking for a Product Owner to lead Aimazing into the future of the offline retail space. We are looking for a Product Manager to lead all aspects of Aimazing: from working with customers to solve their problems to scaling operations at a global scale. If you are the type of person who loves systems thinking, wrangling complexity, and strategic product development, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds
  • You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development
  • Immerse Yourself with Customers & Partners: Engage directly with users to develop firsthand insights into their challenges
  • Conduct deep user research and market analysis to identify unmet needs, product gaps, and new growth opportunities within this segment
  • Analyze product metrics and user feedback to iterate on features, measure success, and inform future product decisions
  • Leverage cutting-edge AI to craft experiences that dramatically outperform traditional approaches, setting new standards for what's possible and intelligent data processing
  • You'll connect every technical decision directly to measurable outcomes, leveraging AI tools yourself to accelerate processes and create competitive differentiation in the market

Requirements

Qualifications

  • User-Obsessed: A genuine empathy for users and a commitment to building products that are not only powerful but also intuitive and delightful to use
  • Technically Astute: Solid grasp of software development processes, API design, system architecture, and the technical underpinnings of AI/ML systems and integration technologies
  • Ability to engage in deep technical discussions with engineers and researchers
  • Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop and articulate a clear product strategy, make tough prioritization decisions, and translate complex problems into actionable plans
  • Exceptional Communicator & Collaborator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Data-Driven & Analytical: Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, and using data to inform product decisions and measure impact
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, self-starter mentality with a track record of taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and delivering impactful results in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in launching significant new product areas
  • Experience building or working with agent-based AI systems is a plus
  • Language skills in English; Fluency in Cantonese is a plus
