About the Role
- 此職位為約聘合約制，為期一年
我們正在尋找一位產品營運夥伴，協助 AIFIAN App 的日常運作、使用者支援與跨部門協作。這個角色貼近產品實務，適合喜歡動手解決問題、並享受為用戶排除困難所帶來的成就感的人。你將直接接觸用戶，協助確認產品功能運作順暢，參與產品運作與優化決策，看到自己的工作對產品改進產生實際影響。
What You'll Do
- 熟悉 AIFIAN App 操作流程，協助用戶解決使用問題，並整理回饋以優化產品與營運
- 蒐集並整理使用者回饋，協助團隊釐清問題與優化體驗
- 支援產品日常營運流程，包括功能上線追蹤、試營運支援、內部文件整理
- 與 PM、工程、設計、用戶成功等團隊合作，確保產品運作順暢
- 協助追蹤基本產品數據或營運指標，提供觀察與改善建議
Requirements

- 對產品與使用者體驗有興趣，願意理解產品背後邏輯
- 做事細心、有責任感，能把零散的事情整理成可執行的行動
- 良好的溝通能力，能清楚表達問題與進度
- 熟悉 Notion / Google Workspace / Slack 等工具，或願意快速上手
- 有產品營運、專案管理、客服、行銷或新創經驗者加分
